Originally founded in 1902 North Star Council for Alcohol and Drug Education is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization which encourages an alcohol and drug free lifestyle for families.  The focus of our efforts is on prevention education with an emphasis on reaching children and teens through organized activities, community involvement and partnerships with other organizations that are similarly concerned about the devastating impact that the use of alcohol and drugs is having on our society.
